My name is Paul Murray.  I own a UXO consulting firm called BOMBS AWAY. 
Recently we moved some Japanese depth charges from a reef on one of the
outer islands.  Last year the US Navy EOD Team went to this same island and
detonated ten of these depth charges. They contain over three hundred
pounds of explosives.  This operation destroyed the reef and killed a
Hawksbill Turtle.  BOMBS AWAY went in this time and moved the ordnance
items to extremely deep water and released them.  They will never be heard
from again and the world is a safer place by six Japanese depth charges.
